For the Netherlands pages (pandpeil.com/nederland/…, /en/netherlands/…) we use open government data from CBS (StatLine, CC BY 4.0, with attribution) for average sale prices and WOZ values per municipality.
We do not scrape any Dutch listing site (Funda, Pararius, Jaap.nl and others) and show no rent estimate of our own. The maximum-rent calculator uses the MIT-licensed woningwaardering package (Woonstad Rotterdam) as its calculation basis for a simplified WWS point count.
